Double doors give access to the living room and kitchen diner. The kitchen, custom-made by Houtwerk, is made of European oak from Valkenburg estate. The kitchen is arranged in the curve of the conservatory and stained black on the outside. The kitchen worktop is also made-to-measure and in one piece in granite. There are two sink units in the top, one with a close-in boiler and one with a Quooker tap. All built-in appliances are from Miele and include a 5-burner induction hob with extractor unit in the chimney, dishwasher, coffee machine, combi steam oven, combi oven, two warming drawers. Furthermore, a stainless steel Samsung side-by-side American fridge with ice maker is built into the cabinet wall.
The kitchen is partially subtly separated from the living room with a bar area and a custom-made wall unit. The unit has space for a large TV and a see-through gas fire has been built into the corner. This atmospheric flame effect is visible from the living room and kitchen.

The living room is currently divided with a dining room by the kitchen diner and French doors at the front. In addition, the living creator has a bay window and a lounge seating area set up behind the wall unit. French doors lead to the veranda. Here, the heater provides heating and the music system sets the desired mood. There are lovely views of the garden and modern water feature.

The master bedroom is behind a sliding wall and has a bay window on the garden side. A double bed can be set up against the back wall. The adjoining en-suite bathroom is equipped with a luxury walk-in shower with drip-mounted rain shower, hand-held shower and luxury fitted fittings, a double washbasin cabinet with custom-made oak cupboards, wall-hung toilet and a design radiator. From the hall, there is a walk-through to the utility room. Here, a complete two-piece kitchen arrangement has been installed. A close-in boilet, Quooker, fridge and an extractor fan are fitted. Also included are cupboards for laundry appliances. Next to the utility room, there is a door to the wellness area with a Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath with integrated shower and the possibility of adding fragrances, changing room, toilet with hand basin, pool with jet stream, walk-in stairs, lighting and an electronic roller deck. Elevated next to the pool is the super de luxe jacuzzi, which fills spectacularly with pure and heated water at the touch of a button. Its extensive programmes make it a great place to relax. Behind a door, stairs lead to the mezzanine where a lounge area and a massage room can be arranged. The windows and the shutters placed for that purpose around the pool can be fully slid to one side, creating an open connection to the garden and terraces

The semi-circular landing with loft has a custom-made work space under the windows. From here, there are wide views over the side garden and driveway.
The landing gives access to the bedrooms, the bathroom, the separate toilet with fountain and the technical room with a loft ladder to the attic.

The three generous upstairs bedrooms have custom-made built-in wardrobes. The round dormers and large windows with white shutters ensure that the rooms have a beautiful light.

The luxurious bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with recessed lighting, a large walk-in shower and a double sink with luxury drop-in taps. The wall-hung toilet and design radiator complete et whole. The bathroom floor has underfloor heating with a cooling function for summer.

From the central hall, an oak staircase leads to the entrance to the basement with an indoor storage room and a pantry. Behind the doors, the large room is separated with large glass doors. The workshop and car bridge with air and power supply make this an ideal environment for car enthusiasts. The entry height of the basement is 3.5 metres, which also allows, for example, a camper or bus to be driven in. The open space can be used for the storage of around 12 cars.
