The modern house was completed by the contractor in November '22 and has not yet been lived in. The house, designed by architectural firm de Jong from Vaassen, was built by contractor Keizer from Emst. The house has a dormer window, modern overhangs, a large veranda, wooden window frames with several beautifully framed bay windows with stucco work and an extension with zinc details. For the exterior, red brick facades were chosen, with anthracite paintwork combined with ochre-coloured framed bay windows with stucco and sturdy wooden beams at the veranda. Together with the anthracite-coloured flat roof tiles, this makes for a fresh colour contrast. Internally, the house is also finished with taste and great attention to detailing. The architecture has a hotel chic feel. The whole is sleekly modern yet warm.

For optimum insulation of the house, the latest standards have been applied throughout and the glass is HR ++ . Energy saving has also been given plenty of thought; the house is completely gas-free and uses only electricity. The high-tech Kingspan foundation is additionally insulated. The Weishaupt ground source heat pump is also known as the Rolls Royce of heat pumps. In combination with underfloor heating and convectors, it provides both heating and cooling. 20 monocrystalline black solar panels have been installed (7100 WP) to generate electricity. In addition, three solar collectors connected to the solar boiler for direct water heating. A balanced ventilation system with heat recovery was also installed.
The roof structure of the house was extended in favour of a large veranda roof of 31 m2. The roof also has the additional function of keeping out the heat in summer. The veranda can be furnished with a lounge seating area and a large dining table. It also offers space for a barbecue or outdoor kitchen. The veranda has electricity connections and gives countless opportunities for cosy outdoor living all year round. In spring and autumn you can enjoy the beautiful days here and in summer the sultry evenings. In winter it is lovely under warm blankets. To make memories with friends and family. The large glass front gives access to the kitchen diner. This seamlessly connects indoors and outdoors.

From the street, a generous driveway leads to the spacious outbuilding with a 36 m2 carport for two cars. In terms of architecture, the outbuilding blends beautifully with the house. It has Cape Cod on the outside. This is a wooden cladding made of Logdepole Pine, North American pine, which resists the most changeable weather conditions. The wood is beautifully crafted in three shades of Sandalwood, making the outbuilding a real eye-catcher. Internally, it is split into two parts. At the front, a large storage room where the technology is also located. At the rear, a comfortable 24 m2 office is located with its own entrance and toilet area. This room is fitted with underfloor heating and cooling in the same style as the house. The ceramic floor tiles are laid in a playful variation of the Hungarian point. This gives the beautiful look of an oak floor and optimal use of the underfloor heating and cooling. The light is pleasant and the view from the office is beautifully unobstructed over the yet-to-be-constructed back garden. The private plot offers privacy as it borders a large meadow.

Hommelbrinkstede is located at the beginning of the Oosterhof neighbourhood in Vaassen. Within walking distance is the wooded area of Kasteel de Cannenburgh with a direct connection to the Crown Estates. The varied village centre of Vaassen offers shops, primary schools, sports clubs, restaurants and a market. The property is centrally located between the amenities of the centre of Apeldoorn (9 km) and Epe (10 km). The A50 motorway can be reached within 5 minutes and there is good accessibility by public transport.

This makes it suitable as a playroom, television room or study, for example. The four large windows give light and views here.

At the rear of the house is the large kitchen diner. Here, too, another steel pivot door with glass is used to close off the room from the living room. The porch has a high ridge up to the roof construction of the house. These parts are plastered flat and beautifully combined with natural finished sturdy wooden beams. An ideal space to enjoy the outdoors in all seasons.

From the kitchen diner, there is a door to the utility room. Here is a straight kitchen unit with a worktop with sink unit and an extractor fan. Below are storage spaces for the washing machine and dryer. The space is practical for extra storage and also lends itself to an ironing area.

1st floor: from the loft, there is access to all rooms on the floor.

The spacious master bedroom at the back feels like a luxury hotel room and has an en-suite bathroom. A large bathtub stands diagonally in the room with a wall behind it for the walk-in shower. The wall unit has a sink with a wall-mounted tap and a large mirror. Contemporary and stylishly finished with dark blue herringbone tiling. The spaciousness of the bedroom is emphasised by the room's high ridge. Large windows in the rear elevation give views of the back garden and veranda. The large dormer window on the side elevation gives space and light to the en-suite bathroom. On the other side, behind a wall, is the space for the walk-in wardrobe. This makes it comfortable and complete.

The second bedroom has a dormer window, a built-in wardrobe and a work area.
The third and fourth bedrooms are located at the front of the landing and are identical in size. These rooms have a high ridge and sturdy wooden beams under the ceiling.
