Modern architectural style with sleek contemporary finishes combined with luxurious and energy-efficient living comfort characterise this architect-designed detached (live/work) villa of steel and glass. From the landing, there are doors to the storage cupboard, the separate toilet and to the second bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms are both generous and offer space for a double bed, wardrobe space and the custom-made desk.

At the end of the landing, there is access to the large office space. Fully furnished with the custom-designed furniture by the interior designer. The space is multifunctional and has windows on the side wall and large floor-to-ceiling windows on the front. For this, sceens have been fitted on the inside. There is also an exterior door to the stairs leading to the driveway. The office or practice space can thus be used completely independently. Of course, use as a bedroom is also one of the options.
