The toilet area and both bathrooms are tiled with large tiles with marble decor and fitted with luxury sanitary ware. The Siematic kitchen arrangement has Siemens built-in appliances, an Etna gas cooker and a Quooker. The door hardware has been renewed and all doors are lockable. The house has been fully painted internally and externally. The double garage has been installed and the garden landscaped. The property's energy label is F.
